  • Is there a registration fee?
    Yes, a $75 registration fee is required annually to hold your child's spot. It is non-refundable.

    Do we pay if our child is sick/on vacation?
    Yes, tuition remains the same even if your child is out due to illness or on vacation. If you wish to change your child's schedule, adding or reducing days, we will need a two-week written notice.

    What are the teacher to child ratios?
    For infants (0-15 mos), the ratio is 1:3 or 2:7. There are never more than 7 infants in one room at a time. Toddlers (15 mos-2.9 yrs) is 1:4 or 2:9 and preschool (2.9-5 yrs) is 1:10.

    Are all of the staff given a CORI/background check?
    Yes, all staff members are given a CORI check every other year.

    Is there a late fee?
    Yes. Our hours are 6:30-5:30 and there is a $1/minute fee for pick-ups that are later than our closing time. Also, there is a $5 charge for going over 9 hrs. a day.

    Are you closed for the summer?
    No. We are a year-round facility with open enrollment. We only close for major holidays for your convenience.

    Do the tuition rates increase yearly or frequently?
    No. We have only raised our rates twice in the past ten years due to the increase in oil. We strive to make the tuition rates as fair as possible to accommodate the hard-working families we serve.

    Should I stop in or call for an appointment?
    We prefer that you call and schedule an appointment for a tour. This way we can have all of the necessary paperwork ready for you. Also, we like to schedule tours before or after naptime/lunch breaks in order to show clients the classrooms in progress and to meet the teachers.

    Do you go on field trips?
    No. But, we do contract with Encore Entertainment and have entertainers, storytellers, petting zoos, bubble bounces, Fun Bus every other week, and lots of fun things come to our school. We would rather include all the ages we service than to travel with only our oldest children to certain destinations.
